Grab a Grad Job Event

An exciting event taking place during Graduate Support Week in which successful final year students and recent graduates will get the chance to meet and interview with local employers on campus who are currently recruiting for live graduate jobs and internships. This unique event will allow you to skip the application and CV process and chat f2f with each employer for a couple of minutes to find out more about their opportunity and tell them all about you, your interests, and skills! The employers first impression of you will be during this meeting so it’s a great opportunity to practise your interview technique and potentially bag yourself a graduate job!!

The Careers & Employability Team will provide a preparation session to help you prepare for the event and meeting the employers and we will also send you information about each employer and their vacancy ahead of the event so you can fully prepare.

After the interviews there will be a chance to get some refreshments and talk more to any employers you met who caught your interest!

Please note to attend you must be available to come to campus at the date/time selected and be looking for a graduate job to start over summer/autumn 2022. Successful applicants will be asked to pay a refundable £10 deposit as we are only able to invite a select number to the event this will avoid empty places on the day.

• A copy of your CV
• Let us know about any access requirements you might require to attend
• Confirm you are able to come campus on the morning of the 19^th May 2022 to attend the event

We will review all applications and notify you of your place by Friday 6^th May.
