Our students value opportunities to meet with employers on campus. Throughout the year, we host various institution-wide employability events to connect employers in person with students.

UOL Careers Fair – 14th October 2026
Every year, we hold our annual University of Lincoln Careers Fair. Typically attracting a large number of students and graduates, in 2025 we had over 62 employers in attendance, with over 1,500 students having attended. It’s a fantastic opportunity to engage with our talented students and graduates. Raise your company’s profile and promote your employment opportunities such as internships, placements, graduate schemes or jobs.

Part Time Jobs Fair – 23rd September 2026
Join us during Welcome Week for our Part-Time Jobs Fair on Wednesday 23rd September 2026, from 12noon-3pm in the Isaac Newton Building on campus. This is your opportunity to get in front of hundreds of enthusiastic, work-ready students actively seeking part-time opportunities to fit around their studies. Spaces fill up quickly, so register your interest today!
Get Hired Fair
The event targets both final-year students and graduates who are taking the steps into employment from June onwards – this is the perfect event to showcase active graduate-level roles to find your next hire!
