Find Your Feet Careers Fair
Every year we hold our annual Find Your Feet Careers Fair. Typically attracting a large number students and graduates, the fair is a fantastic opportunity to engage with our talented students and graduates. Raise your company’s profile and promote your employment opportunities such as internships, placements, graduate schemes or jobs. The next fair will take place in 2022. How to get a Graduate Job with… Events
If you would like to promote a specific recruitment campaign, whether it’s a graduate scheme, internship programme or placement year opportunity then our exclusive “How To get a graduate job with” events could be the initiative for you! Currently hosted online, we give you the platform to engage with your target audience to promote your vacancies. We offer slots to top graduate companies from October – May and we will advertise, promote, and host the event for you. All we need from you is a representative from the company to deliver the content. We can also arrange pre-recorded events for you so our students can find out about your opportunities on demand.

For academic year 21/22 we are specifically looking to work with employers who are advertising vacancies which are open to various degree disciplines or who would specifically like to target the following courses:
- Sociology and Social policy
- Media, Journalism and Communications
- Creative Arts and Design
- Performing Arts
Promoting Job Opportunities
Our Students and Graduates are actively seeking internships, placements and graduate jobs. You can easily advertise and manage our positions free of charge using our online vacancy platform CareerLinc.

We offer eligible businesses funding grants to support internships all year round with our students and graduates! Internships are a fantastic low cost/low risk way to recruit junior talent quickly and efficiently.

Remote Mock Assessment Centres
The Lincoln Award is our employability framework designed to support students develop and learn how to demonstrate their employability skills. Click here to find out more about the Lincoln Award.
Engage with our most proactive students completing the award by joining one of our Assessment Centres. This initiative is run online and only requires a 2 hour time commitment from yourselves. We will host and look after all the logistics. As well as providing a great experience for the students, it will also raise your profile and could support your recruitment pipeline. We are looking for employer partners to join us between November 2021 – June 2022.
