Lincoln’s students and graduates are still actively looking for internship, placement and graduate opportunities, so please do keep us updated. Our online jobs portal, CareerLinc, remains the ideal place to post your advert to access our student and graduate talent, should you still be looking to recruit. Access CareerLinc via the button below.

Although we appreciate at this time recruiting may not be your first priority, it’s worth noting that we have a number of funding opportunities available to support you, as well as alternative methods to access our student talent. Keeping engaged with us will ensure your organisation’s messages and brand reach our students and are visible on our campus. Please contact us for further details. Contact UsAccess CareerLinc[insert

Remote Mock Assessment Centres

The Lincoln Award is our employability framework designed to support students develop and learn how to demonstrate their employability skills. Find out more about the Lincoln Award below;Lincoln Award

Every student completing the award has to pass the “Assessment Centre Experience” which we provide with employer partners throughout the year. Providing the Assessment Centre Experience is a great way for employers to raise their profile amongst our students. We currently have opportunities for employers to get involved remotely. Details of the Assessment Centre Experience are below:

  • All we ask from you is a job role which we can provide to students for context and 6-8 interview questions.
  • On the day the commitment is around 5 x15 minute telephone interviews per member of staff; our Advisers also act as assessors and provide the rest.
  • Students also complete a timed written exercise- if you have one we will use it but if not we can provide this.
  • There will be a maximum of 30 students involved in the assessment centre.
  • This activity is free of charge and in previous years employers have fast tracked University of Lincoln students through their own recruitment processes as they have been so impressed.

For further details please contact Jessica Shields, Student Employability & Careers Centre Manager; jshields@lincoln.ac.uk
