Services for Graduates
Welcome to your Careers & Employability Service!
We offer support to graduates for up to 2 years after you complete your studies. Please see details below of all the support available to you during this period.
CareerLinc is our exclusive job board for University of Lincoln graduates, featuring over 1,000 jobs advertised weekly. CareerLinc lists local, national, and international graduate roles. Your student CareerLinc account is automatically updated to a Graduate account, and you will receive information about how to update your login. If you haven’t received this or need support with your login, please email careers@lincoln.ac.uk, and we will be happy to help you. Our Advisers are here to help you with every aspect of your career journey. All our appointments are available in person or online. Our Graduate Recruitment Advisers offer support throughout the whole recruitment process; from job search, application, CV, interviews and assessment centres. Career Advisers offer Guidance appointments to discuss career direction and options. For further details on Careers Guidance and to book an appointment, please visit our Careers Guidance page.
You can see our CV templates and guides here to get started or check your CV against our guidance. Once you have a CV, we recommend you use our CV Review Tool, which, using AI, provides immediate feedback based on key criteria that recruiters and hiring managers look for. To use this tool as a graduate, you will need our access code. Please email us at careers@lincoln.ac.uk, and we will provide this to you. Our Interview Review Tool allows you to practise your interview skills using an AI video platform. Informed by industry, it includes both general graduate interviews and industry-specific ones, allowing you to select the ones most relevant to you. Build your interview confidence by answering interview questions and receiving feedback. To use this tool as a graduate, you will need our access code. Please email us at careers@lincoln.ac.uk, and we will provide this to you.
