Leadership & Management Skills with CharityWorks

This is event is taking place as part of Unlocking Potential, a week of exclusive access to workshops and development for students who are less represented at university.

Led by top graduate employer CharityWorks, this Leadership & Management session will explore ways you can develop your skills at this point in your life so that you can apply them throughout your career. We’ll discuss different theoretical approaches to leadership and management, cover what characteristics are key if you’re aiming for these positions, and share practical tips to build a foundation and grow the skills needed to be a future leader or manager.

CharityWorks is a non-profit sectors talent programme for graduates, recruiting the next generation of social leaders. Recognising a lack of representation within Leadership roles, CharityWorks are dedicated to developing Leadership Skills in students from under-represented backgrounds.
