Graduate Development Programme: Kickstart Your Graduate Career

Still searching for your first graduate role? The development programme is a practical three-day programme designed to help you gain the skills, confidence, and employer connections needed to stand out in today’s competitive job market.

You’ll have the opportunity to meet and network with employers at a careers fair, and hear directly from industry professionals through an employer panel. Throughout the programme, you’ll receive practical support with CVs, applications and interviews, helping you better understand what employers are looking for and how to communicate your strengths effectively. Additionally, you will work on a live project and develop valuable teamwork and presentation skills, which you can add to your CV and discuss at interviews.

Whether you’re lacking confidence, career direction, or relevant experience, the programme will help you build your employability, expand your professional network, and take positive steps towards securing a graduate role.

Before applying, please check that you will be available for the following three days from 9am to 4pm as you are required to attend the full programme.

The first day of the programme will be held on campus (travel expenses may be available). The second and third day could be delivered hybrid depending on demand. In the application form please state your preference.
