Sharing Disability and Mental Health Experiences for Recruitment and the Workplace

Join us for this online regional event where students will hear from our inspiring speakers about their own personal experiences of disability and mental health in both recruitment and workplace settings.

This online event is being offered as part of an East Midlands collaboration with other local university Careers & Employability Services, offering tailored events and opportunities to those with disabilities.

What to Expect:

  • Q&A Session: Opportunity to ask questions to our panel of speakers and gain valuable insights.
  • Practical Tips: Learn useful tips and advice on how to confidently request adjustments in various settings.
  • AXS Passport Information: Discover the benefits of the AXS Passport, a tool designed to help you collate and share your adjustments with employers in the recruitment process and when you start employment

This event is open to all University of Lincoln students as well as students from the following institutions; University of Nottingham, Loughborough University, Nottingham Trent University, Derby University, De Montfort University and Leicester University.
