Royal Navy’s Access Granted: First Steps Aboard

In this episode, students will follow the journey of a Royal Navy trainee as they take their first deployment at sea, discovering what it’s really like to step aboard, find their place within the crew and put their training into action on active duty.
Viewers will go behind-the-scenes to see life onboard, from daily routines and duties to teamwork, leadership and downtime with shipmates. They’ll hear directly from the crew about their personal experiences, what happens when the ship leaves port, what life at sea is really like and how it feels to return home after months away.
