17 March, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Whether you’re preparing for job applications, interviews, or assessment centres, this session will offer advice on how to advocate for your needs and manage recruitment processes that can often feel overwhelming.
In this session you will:
- Hear from two employers discussing their roles within their organisations and how they are implementing and promoting inclusive recruitment practices.
- Hear from a recent graduate (Class of 2025) sharing his lived experiences of navigating recruitment as a neurodivergent student and entering the workplace.
- Learn practical strategies and advice for applications and interviews including how to request adjustments confidently.
- You will have the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Our three speakers:
- Charlotte Hall – Womble Bond Dickinson
- Lisa Thrower – RSK Group
- Hayden Fletcher – Loughborough University graduate
This event is open to all University of Lincoln students as well as students from the following institutions; University of Nottingham, Loughborough University, Nottingham Trent, Derby University, De Montfort University and Leicester University.
