EmployAbility- Mental health: navigating the recruitment process

Our Next Generation Inclusice University partnership with EmployAbility, will kick off with a session about mental health and how to access support when applying to roles. Fear of stigma, discrimination and recruitment-related stress may be aggravating your condition, and this session will advice on the adjustments available and your right to these, empowering you to be comfortable and confident when applying for jobs. The EmployAbility team will address the key issues, provide practical solutions, and answer any questions you may have (anonymously if you prefer). EmployAbility will also explain how they support you so that you can access the career you deserve with confidence.
