Join us for a practical bitesized work experience activity where you will tackle a real-life industry challenge, work in a cross disciplinary team and provide a solution to a top graduate recruiter!

Enterprise Rent a Car will set you an ‘apprentice’ style industry challenge simulating a real life ‘workday’. This challenge gives you the opportunity to be creative, put your skills to the test and get live feedback from an employer.

The Task:

Research, select and pitch for an initiative in your local area which speaks to Enterprise’s cultural compass and values. Outline a realistic charitable request and it’s potential use.

On the day you’ll be placed into groups and supported by Careers Advisers and Enterprise Rent a Car to fine tune your idea and to pitch with confidence. This activity is open to all students but particularly relevant to final years and graduates interested in creative thinking and analytical careers. Involvement in this activity will open the option to fast track the Enterprise Rent a Car recruitment process to a branch visit (the last stage in the application process) on the basis that you have:

• A full UK driving license
• Some sort of customer service/sales experience
• The right to work in the UK
