In this episode, students will discover what happens during the intensive 5-day Candidate Preparation Course at the legendary Commando Training Centre Royal Marines (CTCRM) in Lympstone. They’ll see firsthand how determination meets opportunity as candidates are tested through demanding physical and mental assessments designed to prove they have what it takes to become a Royal Marine.
Viewers will go behind-the-scenes to experience the course structure, from bleep tests and strength assessments to the high obstacle course, bottom field and the infamous Endurance course finale. They’ll hear directly from CTCRM instructors about preparation strategies, what each day entails and what truly defines this elite force.
