Engineering Potential: Female Futures with Mitie Projects

This event offers students the chance to:

• Network with Mitie graduates, mentors, and engineers delivering some of the UK’s most exciting projects
• Hear from senior leaders and early careers colleagues about their journeys in engineering
• Participate in interactive workshops and mini engineering challenges
• Join panels and roundtable discussions on sustainability, innovation, and inclusive workplaces
• Explore Mitie’s two-year Engineering Graduate Scheme and career opportunities

Virtual Event – Early January 2026:
For students who cannot attend in London, we’ll also be hosting a fully interactive virtual event in early January, open to all final-year students. They’ll get the same inspiring sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities online. We will share this event as soon as we publish the event.

Who can attend:
Final-year students identifying as female, non-binary, or gender-diverse. Travel expenses reimbursed up to £40 (with receipts) for the in-person event.
