The event will bring together a diverse mix of tech and non-tech organisations, including AWS, BBC, CBRE, Deloitte, Kier Group, Microsoft, NatWest Group, and RSM UK. Students will gain valuable insights into:

• A day in the life of various roles and industries
• Career trajectories and opportunities available
• The journeys of recent graduates and apprentices
• What recruiters look for in candidates and how to make a strong application

To support students in navigating the recruitment process, we’ll also run a series of Skills Development sessions, including:

• What Recruiters Look for in a CV – a focused session on crafting impactful CVs
• Interview Preparation –  led by a recruiter, offering practical guidance
• Live Mock Interviews  – showcasing best practices and common pitfalls
• Market Stalls – informal one-to-one conversations with employer representatives
• Entrepreneurship Session – for online attendees during the market stall break
