The Art of Influence and Adaptability: Understanding Great Leadership

20th March 2025, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

This workshop is part of our Unlocking Potential: Future Leaders Academy, designed to support students with physical or mental health conditions, neurodivergence, and/or disabilities*. Funded by a donation from the Enterprise Mobility Foundation, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people in a relaxed and supportive environment. Due to the source of funding, only undergraduate home students are eligible to attend the Unlocking Potential: Future Leaders Academy workshops.

This workshop is an excellent opportunity to understand the qualities and strengths of a great leader, gain valuable insights into your own leadership style, and connect with like-minded students who are interested in developing leadership behaviours. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to define key qualities of great leadership and put these into practice as you influence others through your own leadership style.

*Under the Equality Act (2010), you’re classified as disabled if you have a long-term physical or mental health condition which has lasted or is likely to last 12 months or more and causes a significant impact on your ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. This can include chronic illnesses, physical and mental health conditions, and neurodivergent conditions.
