EmployAbility- Adjustments in recruitment: when, where, how to ask

The session will focus on ensuring that as a neurodivergent or disabled student, you are given the adjustments you need for an equal playing field during the recruitment process, in order to maximise your changes of success. The session will provide you with an overview of the Equality Act, the employer’s duty to provide adjustments, and what constitutes a ‘reasonable’ adjustment. It will be a safe environment to ask questions, and learn more about how EmployAbility can help you.
