Lincoln Connect is the University of Lincoln’s exclusive online community, connecting students with alumni and employers to seek career support, advice, and industry insights.

Lincoln Connect is the University of Lincoln’s online mentoring platform where students can begin building their professional network, access insight into different career paths, and learn about different industries.
Connecting with a mentor can be beneficial for various reasons. Finding a mentor through Lincoln Connect could help you to:
- Access insight into different roles and industries.
- Learn about different alumni careers paths.
- Develop your professional networking and communication skills.
I'm an Alumni- why should I join?

As an alumni mentor on Lincoln Connect, mentoring a student through can help you to:
- Build your mentoring experience to support with your professional development.
- Share your insight and experiences with students who may be considering a similar career path to you.
- Reconnect with and give back to the University of Lincoln Community.

By signing up to Lincoln Connect, you can mentor current University of Lincoln students and pass on knowledge of your industry to the next generation of graduates.
From mentoring a student, you can:

Professional Mentoring Programme
Throughout the academic year we also run a Professional Mentoring Programme via Lincoln Connect to enhance student’s University experience, gain valuable insights, and build lasting connections.
