What is Graduate Skills Builder?
The Graduate Skills Builder is a programme that gives students the opportunity to work in multi-disciplinary teams to complete real-world challenges set by businesses in the Lincolnshire area.
The project aims to showcase the range of opportunities available within Lincolnshire and to promote a better understanding of the transferable skills gained during your time at University.

How do I take part in the Graduate Skills Builder?

The Workday Programme is a an opportunity to take part in short individual projects with one of our business contacts. The Workday Programme provides the opportunity to work on a project that shouldn’t be much longer than a day’s work, this could be anything from helping with day to day business or assisting the company in research and analysis on their services. Workday won’t get in the way of your University studies. While the promise of the programme is to complete a small project, this can be set out over a few weeks, so will give you time to get to know your company and make sure you can keep up with your studies!
