Remember to be creative in your job search, especially if you are not looking in ‘hot spot’ publishing locations. Freelance working can support flexibility of location in addition to being strategic in your searches by looking at small indie publishers.

    work experience, summer internships and The Scheme at Penguin Random House or Hachette Fresh Chapters Internship and Traineeship
  2. Follow @SYP_UK – Society of Young Publishers for advice, networking and vacancies.
  3. Follow @Pubjobsuk Publishing Jobs Uk retweets job/work experience advertisements across a range of publishing houses. 
  4. Search for small publishers across the country using this recommended map –
