TARGETjobs has partnered with leading graduate employers on a new employability event for Black Heritage students to help them prepare for their job applications and set them on a path to success.

The event is open to first- and second-year students from any degree subject and aims to upskill a group of students who statistically underperform in areas of the application process, such as online tests and assessment centre interviews. Students will take part in a series of sessions including panel Q&As with more recent graduates and senior business leaders of Black Heritage.

This will give students the opportunity to join in the diversity discussion and hear the individual experiences and advice of the panellists.
