Reinventing Space Careers Conference

25th October 2017

rispace_bannerr

This event is organised by UK Students for the Exploration and Development of Space (UKSEDS), the UK’s national student space society, and the Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC).

Thanks to a last minute sponsor, there is a 50% discount on ticket prices to university students! Use the code “rispace4unis” to get this discount.

And thanks to another sponsor, there will be a prize draw of 2 FREE TICKETS to a talk from Astronaut Chris Hadfield at the Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow! This prize draw is only open to those who buy tickets to this careers conference.

The conference is dedicated to low cost access and utilisation of space, and brings together industry, agency, government, financiers, academia, and young professionals for a second-to-none careers conference for undergraduates, postgraduates, and young professionals looking to work in the space industry. There is an exciting programme of talks, panels, discussions, and “speed mentoring”, as well as the opportunity for the students to attend talks from and network with the main conference.

Last year’s saw 100 students and graduates sign up to the Careers Conference. Several delegates were even hired as a direct result of the networking opportunities.

Tickets are available online for £20. Each ticket includes access to both Reinventing Space and Reinventing Space Careers Conferences, exhibition areas, coffee breaks, lunch, cocktail reception, and freebies! Please be aware that due to high demand, tickets usually sell out quickly.
