How to get a grad job with Teach First

4th October 2018 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Young people who grow up in low-income communities find it much harder to achieve their ambitions than their wealthier peers. We want to change that unacceptable inequality, but we need your help. Teach First is a charity that works towards a day where every child has the education they are entitled to. On our Leadership Development Programme we train people with leadership potential to be inspirational teachers in schools in low-income communities across the country. These leaders go on to work in schools and other sectors of society towards our vision: a future where no child’s educational success is limited by their socio-economic background.

You can get an insider’s view of our ground-breaking work with children and young people while still at university. Our two programmes – Taster and Insight – will give you a 360 view of educational inequality in the UK and how you can help to end it. You’ll also take part in workshops and get training to develop your personal and professional skills, and network with our partners and the wider Teach First team.
