How to Get A Graduate Job With… Kennedy’s Law

November 26 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

How To Get A Graduate Job With the UK top 300 employers

Kennedy’s Law is a global law firm with expertise in insurance and liability.
They have offices in 24 countries and employ over 2000 people.

Kennedys are committed to increasing the representation of women, ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ people and people with disabilities across their firm. In 2020 they achieved their target of 30% female partnership, and have set a further target of 40% female partnership by 2030. Kennedys also signed up to pilot the Mansfield Rule process in 2021 which aims to boost the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in leadership.

Kennedys offer a graduate training programme to allow recent graduates to train with them to become a solicitor. The contract is for two years and gives you experience across the firm’s core practice areas of insurance and reinsurance, liability and commercial law. If you are successful in securing a position on the training programme, Kennedy’s will also fund your course fees for the LPC and PGDL.

If you’re interested in pursuing a career in law, come along to this event to hear from Kennedy’s about their training programme, as well as other graduate or student work experience opportunities with the firm. You’ll hear from current Kennedys trainees about their day to day experiences working with the firm, and there will be a Q&A session with the Kennedys’ Early Careers Team.

This event is open to all students regardless of your degree subject or your year of study.

Kennedys have two training contracts open for applications until the end of the year. You can read more about the roles and apply via CareerLinc here  and here.

Booking is essential.
