Stress is a natural human experience, but sometimes it can build and lead to overwhelm and anxiety.  In this workshop we delve into the neuroscience behind why we feel stress and practical tools and techniques to help relieve its symptoms so you can handle life’s challenges with a renewed sense of calm and contentment. 10 different practical techniques they can choose from to help deal with stress.
