Arts in the City (application only)

September 3 @ 8:00 am - September 5 @ 5:00 pm

Have you had a tough year? Do you need a bit of extra support to your future career success?

We want to help.

Careers and Employability brings College of Arts students an exciting summer trip for Level 2 going into Level 3. We will cover the bills for travel and accommodation in London and give you exclusive access to some of the UK’s biggest and best graduate recruiters, from Journalism & Media to IT & Accountancy.

From 3rd-5th September, London based employers will open their doors to a range of industry areas and provide unique insights into their workplace. This is ideal for students still considering the many options available from an Arts or Humanities course. You will also get access to creative careers coaching and a structured programme of action planning activities to give you a kick start.

Just some of the organisations we may be visiting are: North One TV, the Guardian and the Houses of Parliament.

What do we want from you?

We would like to ensure that this exclusive trip is offered to the students who will benefit the most. Ideal for students from any College of Arts course but we are specifically interested in hearing from students on English, History, Drama and Photography courses.

Please contact Natalie Poole ( for an application form and to find out more.
