THE ART AND SCIENCE OF NEGOTIATION – Student Enterprise Workshop

Negotiating is a vital activity for every business, being small or large, a business that knows how to negotiate improves his competitive positions in the market. Negotiations are everywhere, in sales, purchasing, HR and internal management. This workshop covers some of the basic and introductory elements of negotiating. It is based on decades of research in organisational behaviour and it will be delivered through a set of theoretical concepts and practical exercises. You will be able to practice hand-on simulations on negotiations. Elements of distributive and integrative negotiations will be presented, as well as some of the main tactics to use when negotiating.
