Your expertise can help our students develop their skills and knowledge for the world of work. We have a number of options whilst also raising your profile on campus.

This section of the website is devoted to live Q&A sessions with our own advisers or external employers. We will promote the Live Q&A’s in advance and you can also access session archives below.

Get Involved & Raise Your Profile

Throughout the semester we offer weekly careers presentations offered by our employer partners. These are free of charge and open to all students from any discipline or can be targeted for specific programmes of study. Presentations/ workshops enable employers to promote their company and opportunities, whilst also supporting with some key subjects of interest to students e.g. assessment centre, graduate training schemes & recruitment processes.

Curriculum Delivery

The team are involved in the delivery of Careers Education across all subject disciplines and are often involved in the design of such programmes. We therefore, facilitate employer presentations for specific subjects within the curriculum. If you are therefore interested in the targeted approach, this could be of value to you.

Find Your Feet Fair

Our annual careers fair attracts national and regional graduate recruiters, volunteer organisations and postgraduate opportunities relevant to our students and graduates.

The University of Lincoln has had a meteoric rise in the league tables and is proud of producing industry ready graduates through our partnerships with industry. The fair is free of charge with sponsorship packages available.

The service can arrange visits for students to your premises to both raise awareness of your opportunities and organisation.

Some of our employer organisations have taken the opportunity to use our central programme as a forum to offer student challenges and competitions, offering a prize for the winning team. This can take the form of a competition which spans a number of days, to a one day competition in which students receive a brief in the morning and present their findings/ solutions in the afternoon.

A number of our programmes of study are always looking for ‘real world’ projects for students to work on as a core component of their degree studies. Many organisations have offered such projects which are then used by the students as their final year dissertation projects.

Employability Mentoring

In partnership with courses, we offer an employability mentoring scheme in which we match students with employer mentors.

Sponsorship and Endorsement

This is another great way in which we can ensure that your brand is identified by students. Sponsorship and Endorsement of our services and products allow us to effectively raise awareness of your opportunities, whilst also offering further brand credibility for our services.

For more detailed information on any of the above and/ or to arrange a mutually convenient meeting to discuss your company’s requirements, please contact the team.
