CALL FOR ENTRIES

The Ingram Collection’s annual Young Contemporary Talent Purchase Prize Exhibition is open to all artists who have graduated from a UK art school within the last three years, and exists to celebrate and support the work of young artists at the outset of their careers. All successful finalists will have their works exhibited at the Cello Factory, and we will choose up to three works to join our public art collection which is widely exhibited throughout the UK. One finalist will be invited to put on a solo exhibition in December 2018-January 2019 at the Art Fund Prize-winning gallery, The Lightbox.

Purchase Prize winners will be announced at the exhibition private view, and all other works will be available for sale.

All exhibiting artists will be profiled across our website and social media channels, and invited to attend one-on-one mentoring meetings with a leading contemporary artdealer, as well as professional development and networking events during the exhibition run. There will be an illustrated catalogue to accompany the exhibition.

No fee to enter, maximum of two works per artist, no size limits.

HOW TO APPLY

Please submit two images of your work, with brief cataloguing, to yct@ingramcollection.com by Monday 25 September 2017.
If successful you will need to deliver your work to The Cello Factory, London SE1 8TJ on 3-4 December and arrange collection of any unsold works on 12 December. Sales of artworks will be facilitated by us for a fee of 20% of the selling price. This percentage will go back into funding our work with young artists.
