Vacancy Description: This role is part of a new program to support the undergraduate recruitment and conversion team in a range of different activities and events. The aim is to be able to increase the opportunities for prospective students to get information, advice and guidance from our own current student body. Within this role you could be responsible for the creation and delivery of number of different higher education presentations and be able to share your own experiences of studying at the University of Lincoln.

 

Work available

(-) Delivering Higher Education Presentations (Such as Student Life and Why go to University)

(-) Delivering Higher Education Workshops (such as student finance and personal statements)

(-) Supporting the Education Liaison team with recruitment events/activities

(-) Opportunity to take part in an additional program to deliver your own subject based workshops to perspective students

(-) Supporting the conversion team in call centres and providing feedback and content on messages going out to prospective students.

 

Working hours

This role will not have set working hours. Shifts times and length will vary and may include evening/weekend/overnight work. Outreach Ambassadors will be able to opt into shifts they are able to work with a minimum number of shifts set out during the training session.

 

Person requirements:

Skills and Knowledge

Essential

(-) Current University of Lincoln Student

 

Desired

(-) A good understanding of the UCAS process

(-) A good understanding of the Student Finance System

(-) Confidently able to use office based software

(-) Experience delivering presentations

(-) Able to drive
