Holding both Lexcel and Investors in People (IiP) accreditations we firmly believe that our investment in the training and development of our staff is one of the key factors to our success; you can therefore count on receiving fantastic support, supervision and mentorship as part of our programme.
Being a mid-sized firm we are large enough to offer fantastic opportunities for you to develop experience and knowledge in a broad range of legal disciplines via a rotation between our Divisions, whilst being the right size for all of our trainees to really stand out within the business and be supported in a way that allows them to get involved in real cases and make an impact straight away.
The Training Contract
We look for around 4-6 trainees to join our programme each year.
The training contract consists of a rotation of 4 x 6 month seats, all of which will usually be completed within the same office (York or Lincoln) but offer the opportunity to experience different areas of the business.
