Resonance Voice Training: Speaking with Impact

February 12 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm

This workshop will give you an understanding of the core physiological processes for speaking confidently in interviews or presentations. The workshop will show you how to have more personal impact, how you can use your body language to manage nerves and increase your self -confidence for networking and public speaking.

From Monday 11th February to Friday 22nd February, the Careers and Employability team will be running a series of interactive workshops designed to tackle uncertainty about the future. Searching for graduate careers can be daunting, and times you may feel overwhelmed by so many choices. However, each workshop over the course of the programme is designed to help with one particular area of employability: from personal confidence, to business acumen. The workshops can also be counted towards completion of the Lincoln Award. Students who participate in three or more ‘Breaking Barriers’ workshops will receive a signed certificate and be entered into a prize draw for a £50 amazon voucher! For more information on each session, come into the Careers Centre or email Natalie Poole, npoole@lincoln.ac.uk
