How to get a job with Frontline

November 15 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

How to get a job with Frontline: what’s it like to work with vulnerable young people?

Frontline offers a two-year Leadership Development programme for outstanding graduates looking for a new route into one of Britain’s toughest and most rewarding professions. We prioritise hands-on experience through practice-based learning and you will benefit from intensive practical and academic training, tailored to your needs, as one of a new generation of children’s social workers.

In this session, discover more about the programme, how to apply and gain an insight into what it’s like to work with vulnerable young people. You’ll get chance to learn about some of the challenges faced by young people in care, as well develop an understanding of some of the key principles when working with children and young people.

Open to students of any degree discipline who are considering a career in social work or a related profession with vulnerable young people.
