Why not recruit an International Student?

Did you know it’s never been easier to recruit an international student?

On July 1st 2021 the Government introduced the Graduate Route visa to enable graduates to stay in the UK for at least 2 years following their graduation.

Unlike existing visas which require the employer to do the application, this route requires the graduate to apply and pay the consequent fees. Click here for more information: employing international students

And research has shown that employers with a diverse workforce benefit from:

  • higher profits
  • Increased innovation and creativity
  • enhanced brand appeal

So why not grow your exports by harnessing international graduates’ home country knowledge, and languages such as Mandarin and Arabic?

See the Guide for Employers  for all the information.
