What to Expect

As a family run company, our people are our biggest and best asset and we are committed to training, developing and rewarding them throughout the Group.

We were awarded Investor in People accreditation in 2001 and re-accredited in 2004, 2008 and 2011; all our project teams have undergone rigorous Health & Safety training and we have now attained Construction Skills Certification Scheme accreditation – not just throughout our entire Group but also with our main specialist subcontract partners.

We appreciate the contribution made by our staff to the continuing success of our business and recognise the value of professional, loyal and motivated employees and that attracting and retaining high-quality people is a top priority. To this end we launched the Bowmer & Kirkland Academy to raise the profile of employees completing training courses and encourage a learning and achievement culture. It will also showcase Bowmer & Kirkland as an employer of choice making it even more attractive to existing employees, students and graduates.
